Saska advises employers and individuals on complex immigration, regulatory and dispute matters.

Saska Hayes began her career as a lawyer in general practice, working across property, tenancy, employment, relationship property and civil dispute matters before establishing and running her own immigration law firm.

Over the past nine years, she has developed a broad practice focused on strategic advice, practical problem-solving and effective dispute resolution. She advises employers and private clients on immigration accreditation and compliance, visa and residence pathways, employment agreements, workplace issues, relationship property matters and a wide range of commercial and personal disputes.

Saska has represented clients in settlement processes, as well as proceedings before Tribunals and Courts such as the Human Rights Review Tribunal. She is experienced in identifying the legal and personal issues that often overlap in complex matters and works closely with clients to develop clear strategies aimed at achieving practical and sustainable outcomes.

Her experience includes advising businesses across industries such as aged care, hospitality and seasonal work. She also spent time in South Africa assisting organisations with environmental impact assessments and wildlife conservation projects, strengthening her understanding of land use, compliance and regulatory environments.

Saska is known for her client-focused and collaborative approach, her ability to build constructive relationships with third parties and her commitment to resolving disputes efficiently wherever possible.

She is a published immigration-law researcher and has lectured in Advanced Immigration Law at the University of Waikato.
