Admitted to the bar in 2015, Jessica advises clients across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, building long-term relationships – supporting clients from start-up or purchase, navigating growth, management and governance, and guiding them through succession or sale. She has a particular interest in intellectual property, as well as commercial contracts and business structuring.
