Raised by entrepreneurial parents deeply involved in property development, Aasha’s career has been shaped by this legacy. As her client base grew, Aasha’s legal expertise expanded to encompass financing large-scale developments, strategic corporate structuring, acquisitions, investments, and fundraising.

Her career highlights include making a meaningful impact by creating a system that settles an impressive 100 units per day, and negotiating and settling a complex construction finance deal exceeding $150 million, demonstrating her commitment to achieving successful outcomes for clients at Foley Douglas.

Beyond law, Aasha indulges her passions for nature, fishing, and culinary arts, with a penchant for medical TV dramas. She also pursues sketching and poetry, envisioning a future lavender farm with a charcuterie shop.
