Directors Aasha Foley and Sam Douglas rebrand well-established Hamilton law firm
Legal practice, formerly known as iCLAW, has rebranded to Foley Douglas, staying true to great service and client support
A well-established law firm in Hamilton has a new name.
Foley Douglas, formerly known as iCLAW, has people at its heart and continues to operate under the experienced leadership of its Directors, Aasha Foley and Sam Douglas.
The duo has worked together for nearly eight years since the establishment of iCLAW in 2017, having chosen to rebrand the well-established law firm of 23 staff, as part of their vision and commitment to continue supporting and influencing their team, clients, and the wider Waikato community, and beyond.
Foley, the firm’s Managing Director, said that the new brand reflects the firm’s identity, future and influence.
“A name carries weight and meaning. It’s not just about legal expertise; it’s about who we are, the values we embody, and the commitment we make. We have built a team of incredible professionals whose own names, dedication and success embody our shared reputation for client excellence. That’s our legacy.”
Douglas, who brings nearly two decades of legal experience to the firm, says good Kiwi values underpin the range of services they provide.
“We are general legal practitioners, with specialist expertise across various areas of life and law,” says Douglas. “That enables our team to provide our clients with comprehensive legal advice that’s tailored to their requirements.”
Foley Douglas offers a full spectrum of legal services, from commercial contracts and specialist property advice to general conveyancing, asset protection and commercialisation of IP.
“Yes, we’ve changed our name but our love of the law and our desire to help people remains as strong as ever,” Foley says.
Foley Douglas is a Hamilton-based law firm located in the heart of Hamilton at Level 2/286 Victoria Street, Hamilton.
